My tracking hasn’t moved at all and it's been a few days since I received my shipment notification email.Updated a year ago
We use 3 Shipping Carriers: Visit First Mile, GLS, or FedEx and enter your tracking number for the most updated information on your order. From there, you can also click “DELIVERY PARTNER TRACKING” to see the last carrier delivering your package to you!
Please note that if you go directly to the delivery partner's website (such as USPS), you will not see tracking movement until your package reaches your local postal delivery center.
If you have Route Package Protection please follow the steps below:
This allows you to file a claim if something happens to your package, and we recommend doing so ASAP! They should be able to refund your order.
