We want you to be hair-over-heels for Dae (like we are)! 


If, for any reason, you find yourself not completely thrilled with your Dae purchase or you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’re happy to address any concerns you may have and provide a refund/replacement/return as needed.


We know everyone changes their mind sometimes! Should that happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a return shipping label. Once your return request is submitted, you have 10 days to ship back the unused item(s) before the label expires. 


Please note that a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning the unused items to our warehouse on a case-by-case basis. 


Shipping fees are non-refundable.
